The recitations of title within these two deeds indicate that Joseph and Barbara Buckwalter sold their mill property to their son Abraham Buckwalter on Feb. 23, 1747. Statutes would have required that he be at least 21 years old at the time of the sale.

Oct., 1983 has Henry as a widower when he marries Mary Sensenig. The Buckwalter
Genealogy by Earl Eby Buckwalter includes Magdalena as a child. Allen Garber,
