confused them. There is no record of this Andrew Hershey being ordainedl.
There was a tradition that all of Christian and Oade's boys were ordained.
Perhaps this is why Andrew Hershey 1702-1792 was assigned to this family,

In 1794 Isaac bought a home that was seven miles south of Hagerstown. The
stone house sat on the west side of the railroad tracks just down from the
little flag station called Burtner's, on the Washington County Branch of the B.
& O. railroad. Back of the house on a hill you will see a grove enclosed by an
old stone wall, within which about twenty graves can be traced, eight of which

and Mary moved with their family to Canada. In this deed, it names Peter's
father as Andrew and his brother, as Christian. It also states that his wife's
name is Mary and that he is a Physician

Peter's will was signed in 1819 in Erie Co. New York. In this will he named
his children and his wife.

Peter was overseer of the poor in Williamsville, New York, but served only 3
months until June 10, 1819, a week before he died.
