288. Ulrich STRICKLER died on 1 Nov 1750.⁸ Came to America on Ship "Charming Nancy" at Phila. on 10/8/1737. Settled in
York Co. Received a grant of 200 acres, part of a license granted by Samuel
Blunston, an agent for the Penns. Died without having taken out a patent for
the grant. This was done in 1772 by his son John, to whom the other sons
Henry and Jacob made a deed and referred to the Blunston license, and the sev-
eral assignments on for their title. His wife, Mary Strickler was administ-
ratix.
