1412. Hans HERR was born on 17 Sep 1639 in Switzerland.²⁴⁶ He died on 10 Jan 1725.¹³⁷ I have chosen to use the material from Jane Best's article in Jan., 1992 issue
of PMH rather than the traditional view as put forth in Herr and Eshleman's
genealogy of Martin Kendig.

Perhaps the identity of Hans Herr wife deserves some more research.
Hans HERR and Barbel KUNDIG were married about 1670.²⁴⁶

1413. Barbel KUNDIG was born about 1643.²⁴⁶ Children were:

706	i.	Abraham HERR.
	ii.	Christian HERR was born in 1680 in Switzerland.263 He died before 23 Jan 1750 in Lampeter Twp, Lancaster Co, PA.263 Mennonite minister; signed London letter June 27, 1710; warranted 530 acres in Strasburg Twp. Oct. 10, 1710; built 1719 house(first in Lancaster County. Still standing. Recently restored.);Signed Dortrecht Confession in 1725.
	iii.	John HERR was born about 1681.277 He died before 6 Nov 1756 in Lampeter Twp, Lancaster Co, PA.277 land agent; on June 24, 1710 signed London letter; warranted 530 acres in Strasburg Twp. on Oct. 10, 1710; patented this June 30, 1711.
	iv.	Emanuel HERR was born in 1689.277 He died in 1740 in Wheatland Mills.277 Died intestate. Warranted land 1717.
	v.	Isaac HERR died before 4 Oct 1747.277 Warranted land 1719
