Benjamin LANDIS was born in Dec 1730.¹²⁵ He died on 1 Oct 1787.¹⁴¹ On 31 Dec 1751 Frena Snavely, widow of John Snavely and sister-in-law of Anna, sold land in Manheim Twp to Benjamin and Anna Landis. On 20 Dec 1753 Benjamin and wife Anna sold part of their Manheim Twp land to Henry Landis. Benjamin was taxed in Manheim Twp in 1751 and in 1780. Benjamin LANDIS and Anna SNAVELY were married about 1750.¹²⁵

329. Anna SNAVELY.Children were:

	i.	Maria LANDIS was born on 4 Aug 1751.125,229 Ira Landis in "The Landis Family: Book 2" had birth date as 14 Aug 1751. She died on 15 Feb 1826.229
	ii.	Anna LANDIS was born on 5 Jul 1753.230 She died in 1832.230

	iv.	Benjamin LANDIS was born on 20 May 1755 in Manheim Twp, Lanc Co, PA.160 He died on 8 Mar 1811.160 He was buried in Landis Cemetery, Landis Valley.
	v.	Barbara LANDIS was born on 28 Feb 1758.231 She died in 1824.231
	vi.	Henry LANDIS125 was born on 5 Dec 1760.232 He died on 22 Feb 1839.232 Henry was fined in Manheim Twp as Henry Landis, Jr. in 1783/1786 for refusal to bear arms during the Revolutionary War. Henry and Anna had a child named Susanna Landis, who married Emanuel Erb, Emanual and Susanna's daughter Anna married Benjamin Horst Wenger who is an ancestor of the Samuel E. Wenger who is cited as the source of this note. According to Elizabeth Washburn he was blind. p. 43
	vii.	Abraham LANDIS was born on 19 Dec 1762.233 Died young Abraham was not listed by Samuel E. Wenger whose work is listed in my sources.
	viii.	Jacob LANDIS was born on 19 Jan 1765.233
	ix.	Elizabeth LANDIS125 was born on 15 Dec 1768.234 She died on 4 Feb 1857.234 Elizabeth was unmarried in 1787.
