Lies! Lies! Lies! - It's Deja Vu All Over Again!

Where have we seen all this before? Our young people, probably including our president, do not remember what it was like to live through the war in Vietnam. How long will it be until we hear phrases like, "We can see the light at the end of the tunnel?" We were led into that war by lies and false promises. Artificial reasons, for example the Gulf of Tonkin incident, were constructed as an excuse for going to war. Now it is "Weapons of Mass Destruction" and an "Evil Dictator" that are the excuses for a war that has been in the planning stages for a number of years by the Defense Policy Board headed up by Richard Perle.

I am personally convinced that Rumsfeld and company deliberately sabotaged the diplomatic effort. This is all part of the plan to take over the Middle East and its rich oil fields, while at the same time destroying a culture that has become troublesome to their goals. There was never any interest in negotiation. The administration used 9/11 as another "Pearl Harbor" to set its war plans in motion. Isn't it interesting that whenever the administration needs the support of the people, they go to an Orange alert?

Empire building has failed throughout history. Why do we think we will succeed where all others failed? What we forget is that the poor on this planet far outnumber the rich. Eventually the disenfranchised will rise up and overthrow their masters and our civilization will come to an end. This is serious business, my friends.

Let's get back to the war. The Blitzkrieg has already failed. The Defense Policy Board completely screwed up the battle plans by thinking the Iraqis would capitulate in a few days. However, they keep saying the war is going as planned. Wow! Could it be that they planned to have it go so badly deliberately? In that way they give hope to Saddam, and encourage the neighboring Islamic countries to come to the aid of Iraq. We already hear Rumsfeld claiming that the Syrians and the Iranians are helping Saddam. What an excuse that would be for the United States to simply continue the invasion into Syria and Iran. Could that be what President Bush had in mind with his comments about the defeat of Saddam Hussein making peace more likely in the Middle East? This sounds to me like Pax Americana.

Either the failure thus far is from poor planning and we are headed for another Vietnam, or the failure is planned as part of the attempt to create world dominance by the United States of America as envisioned by the Defense Policy Board. In either case, we are about to enter a nightmare scenario. May God have mercy on our souls.
